Howard Dean and The Democratic Party want you to sign a petition to tell Giuliani to Stop Politicizing 9/11
While campaigning in New Hampshire last night, Rudy Giuliani resorted to hurling desperate attacks about Democrats while trying to tout his national security credentials. Here's what he said:
"If a Democrat is elected president in 2008, America will be at risk for another terrorist attack on the scale of Sept. 11, 2001… Never ever again will this country ever be on defense waiting for (terrorists) to attack us if I have anything to say about it. And make no mistake, the Democrats want to put us back on defense!"
Send a message to Rudy Giuliani's campaign headquarters and tell him to stop the fearmongering. Our country deserves better from a presidential candidate: Labels: Democratic Party, politicizing terror

Gonzales' credibility has come into question most recently over the firing of eight U.S. attorneys.
Yet Senator Ken Salazar most recenty stated he "has not decided whether to continue supporting" Gonzales. (Denver Post, 4/19/2007) Labels: Progress Now, Republican corruption

By allowing long-term shareholders to nominate directors and requiring companies to include these nominees on the company's proxy ballot ("proxy access"), the SEC can end the self-perpetuating system that permits incumbent boards to hand-pick director candidates, making boards truly accountable to shareholders.
