A tortured interpretation of a technical loophole in anti-discrimination law allowed the Bush appointed Roberts Alito Supreme court to deny decades of discrimination because the suit was not brought in 180 days of the first discriminatory paycheck. Congress can correct that statute and overturn the effect of this anti-woman, anti-minority, anti-worker decision.
